Profesional Services Fees...

2- In range of the service of visiting a property our fees for customers and realtors will be:

a. In the Zone of Heredia and Alajuela (Schedule 8 am to 5 pm) $110 per day.
b. In the Zone of San Jose $55 per hour.
c. In the Zone of Guanacaste (for the day) $320 per day.
d. In the Zone of Atenas, La Garita y Jaco (Schedule 8 am to 5 pm) $240 per day.
e. In the visiting of properties that request stay over night $600 per day.

In case the customer buys the property the fees mentioned above will be deducted from the commission.
